This is a minor setback. A fire happened on 8-27-2025 on the neighbor's property and got out of control. It traveled to our property and burned our first building. We had a 100%lost. More pictures in "Photo" section.

A word of advice for ALL... Whether it is vacation property or your living space, always put property insurance on the buildings and equipment you have stored there. Common sense, right? Well, we did not have insurance. And now we have to pay out of pocket for everything we have lost. A lesson we learned the hard way.

We decided this property is NOT a proper fit for the plans, ideas and dreams that we have.
